Hope you get closure on it tomorrow and have a definite course of rehab and recovery.

I'm taking 1 more week off. This will make 3 weeks :(.
That's not very re-assuring, not that I would want anyone to have misfortune but I'd prefer they "practice" on someone else.

You must be going out of your mind, I go crazy when I can't do much, I'll be bummed if this sets me back any.

Lol.

You know years and years ago I would go stir crazy then I came to the realization that this is how I've chosen to live the rest of my life...lifting heavy and kicking ass so if I miss a week, a month, or even a year it's not the end of the world and that pile of iron will be waiting for me when I get back.

I wish just to get it over with. My appt. got postponed until 1pm but as I suspected it's another blowout. It seems to be right at the edge of the previous patch that's why the original one feels loose and puffy. There are actually two perforations that's why the two separate lumps. Surgery is schedules for the 23rd so all I can do now is wait. The doctor said not to lift anything heavy so they don't protrude again so I asked how can I take a piss?

Still don't know how my general practitioner didn't detect them.

Well hopefully this will take care of the discomfort you have been feeling and you will get to come back even better and stronger than before!

It should. I asked if there would be any limitations and he said no lifting anything for 4 weeks and then I can gradually build up and once fully healed I will have no limitations due to the surgery. I'd like to think the pain I was feeling from deadlifts will be gone as that was a big sticking point.

I'm planning on it. I should have had it checked a while ago, I've been dropping weight to avoid the pain, basically going backwards when I knew something wasn't right. I've got a killer workout/nutrition plan I've been wanting to try, after this I'll be fully rested and ready to implement it, I'm expecting to get back to my working loads within a couple of months after the 4 week rest period, maybe a little sooner or later depending on how fast I heel.

Normal people only supplement with 10 grams a day. I supplement with 20-30 grams a day along with 6 scoops of whey a day (2 scoops in between meals). Your most essential supplement is a multi vitamin which I only recommend the GNC mega man to my personal training clients. It has a 4 hour disintegration rate and has a anti oxidant profile in it which is essential do to the free radicals and cortisol released while training.

So I have been using the BSN AminoX, and so far I gotta say I love it, I seem to have better/stronger workouts, and a lot more energy, I don't seem to fatigue at all..

Thanks for the tip...

I think I'll order this too, and let my husband try it out. He already takes BSN N.O.Xplode and he loves it. Told me it gives him a boost and energy for his whole workout. Is this Pre or Post workout?
