New member 2013 ZL1
I just bought my first new car; a new on-lot 2013 ZL1 in blue ray metallic. This car will replace my e46 M3 and C5 z06. The funny thing is this car feels like a cross between the M3 and z06. In addition, the MSRP of the ZL1 was about the same as the M3 10 years ago! Excellent deal since this out performs the M3. Here are some pictures.

2013 ZL1 -ADM - 427 LSX 6 bolt, O-ringed block built by LME. Twin PT6466 turbos. RPM custom manual trans, RPS Quad carbon clutch, 9" Hendrix rear diff & axles. ADM/squash fuel system, Ron Davis radiator, Spal fans, AGP air to air, turbo plumbing. LPE oil cooler, rear bushing upgrade, roll bar...etc. rwhp 1400+... 212.5mph, best Texas mile to date.  |

I have to admit when I got the ZL1 I started to get a little choked-up when setting up the On-star account. Having a new performance car like the ZL1 has always been my dream and it got to me a little.
In the past I have always bought used cars to get more car for the money. However, used cars usually need some work.
