Yesterday I had new interior speakers and led bowtie installed- when i got my car back and left the top was stuck down and wouldnt go back up! They removed the seat when they installed the speakers so Idont know if there is something there they may have disconnected...anyone know??

Was it down when you picked it up? Does it make any noise when you push the button to raise it? Could they have unplugged the wiring harness to the pump?

Yes the top was down when I picked it up, and was down during the install. Now when I push the button I can hear the motor like its trying to close but the top is not moving.

Are you getting any message in the DIC? Could the trunk divider been knocked out of place?

It says top not secure, like it does while its openong/closing, but the top isnt moving. It also wont let me pop my trunk now! Maybe its because it thinks the top is open or trying to open? Does the trunk divided keep the top form opening?

It shouldn't. Could be the wire to the sensor that determins if the top is fully down or up is messed up. Obviously the stereo place screwed something up.
Maybe you should take it back to them.

Use the manual trunk release (side of the rear seatback on driver's side) to open the trunk and check to see if the screen has been dislodged. May be as simple of a fix as that. (The screen, if dislodged, will cause that error and can cause the trunk to fail to open)
