I wouldn't use that with tire pressure sensors, I don't care how safe people say it is.

You are wrong sir. The front and rear tires are different widths but the EXACT same height. Spare tires are usually a smaller diameter so I wouldn't put it on the rear anyway. If you get a flat in the rear put a stock front back there and put the spare on front.
The kit I put together were the same size as my tires, so I could put it on anywhere.

So what size spare would you choose for that front tire swap out? Thx in advance.
