Seem fair. Add up the KBB invoice costs. See if you get rebates or not. Then add a fair and reasonable profit on top. Since it's been there four months they aren't going to get much holdback.

yellow car?

thats why I bought mine! Thats sounds like this car, excepr I dont have the NAV. First thing I did was to swap out the stock goodyears with some nitto's so I could drive it year round without the threat of the dreaded tire cracking.

Why hasn't anybody asked for options on the car, wouldn't that affect whether it's a good deal or not?

OP, is the car loaded with all available options, or just a few things? Does it have NPP, Nav, Recaro Seats, Sunroof, RS?

Look at the OP! He mentions all of that.

I just want to thank everyone for the feedback. I went to the dealer tonight and put a down payment on it. Will be picking her up tomorrow sometime early afternoon!!!! I test drove her this evening and I didn't want to stop driving!

Before I put my down payment on the car I told the sales person that they needed to throw in a free car cover and pay half the tire and wheel insurance and guess what....they did!

So for those telling me to steer clear of the yellow...here's my brief story on that.

My original plan was to buy the dark red or ashen grey color (I swore off black cars many years ago) because they look so aggressive in a Mad Max kind of way. I went to a dealer with a buddy of mine who owns a 2014 SRT 8 Charger in red. He really was trying to convince me on that color and he almost had me until fate intervened. As we were heading to the back of the lot to look at a blue ray metallic 1LE I caught a glimpse of something really bright in the corner of my eye. In the showroom was an eye popping bright yellow that just stood out. I would have never considered yellow as I didn't find them appealing in photos but in person it was a different story. I tried to convince myself not to go in that direction but the yellow just stuck with me. I went to see the car 4 more time in a two week period just to make sure. So long story short...I'm going with yellow. On the positive side, it will be one of, if not the rarest color combination.

To each there own at the end of the day. I love all the 1LE's in all their colors, mine just happens to be yellow.

Pictures will be posted tomorrow evening. Thanks again and will look for more input when I start slowly modifying the thing. Will enjoy it stock at first though!

I had that covered in my original post but just in case you missed it. It has every option 2SS/RS with everything except sunroof. Sunroof for me wouldn't work as the headroom would be to tight to wear a helmet.

Great color choice. Though I have to say the color looks so much better in person than even in the great picture you have. Again, I would have never chosen yellow just looking at the pictures but boy does it look good in the flesh.

Regarding tires, I have to decide if I can hold off driving the car until the weather gets warmer. I have fairly good self control but I know this thing is going to test me!
