Power Steering Issues

Power steering seems to have went on me. It takes two hands for me to turn the wheel at all. I threw some power steering fluid with stop leak in it: didn't make a difference. I was wondering if it could be a fuse since it's electronic power steering. I've read the diagrams and can't find a specific fuse for power steering, if such a thing even exists. Any insite to this issue?
