They had to reprogram my line, which they said it could take from 10-30 minutes to take effect.
 I don't understand how that could not have been available in the first place. Damn TV's are getting just as bad as computers

just a note...it is 8:30 Mountain Time. I may have been the only one who did not think about time zones but I told my wife I would pick the kids up from their friends house around 9pm. Well, at 9pm I got a call from my daughter asking me where I was at and I told her I was waiting for the COPO and would be there as soon as it was sold. Well, living in Florida, I picked he up around 11:15pm. Needless to say, I did not win the Dad of the Year Award last night. But, I did set better expectations with the wife tonight taking time zones into account.
