Everything Ive ordered from Phasetek has been on time as promised and were great to deal with. Hey OP how boutcha learn to pick up the damn phone and call them to resolve your problem before startin a thread getting nothing except your azz handed to ya for being an internet JA

wow the OP is kinda a douche.. attacking Phastek for "taking their sweet time" for your own not reading "this item drop ships from the manufacture"
and then hammering on people that tell him to call.

I read this and thought to many people have to much time on their hands. I ordered from Phasetek, got the message - "NOTE: This order has already shipped or has reached the final stages of processing. Therefore this order is no longer editable." on a Thursday. Today I still have not gotten any shipping information so I contacted Phasetek. The order is still at the manufacturer's and has not shipped yet. Sean was able to tell me it will ship by Friday and I will get my shipping information then.

When I queried the reason for the message I was told all orders carry a similar message. After we discussed the misunderstanding they said they would check out the message and fix it.

So in the long run Phasetek does not get it right every time. But they are helpful and courteous to their customers so we should be the same to them.
