Taking my '14 SS to the track Friday night. I'm new to the car and.not.sure what the shift points are on this? It's a manual trans car.

Also, where does the rev limiter kick in on these things?

I ran my 12.9 shifting at about 6,000 rpms. The only mod I had done to my car was the muffler delete and that's about it.

If you're going to good times, don't be afriad to maybe break something in the car. M6 isn't really the best platform to be doing the 1/4 mile in, but we can. Just remember, you're shocking the drive train every time you launch hard.

I don't care if I break something like my rear end or transmission because I'll just fix it myself.

If you don't care, then just use launch control and also slam the gears every time you shift without releasing the gas pedal.

While the vehicle is stopped you press the traction control button twice. Your TC light and Stability light on the dash will light up, you are now in competitive mode. Simply hold the clutch in and press the accelerator peddle to the floor. This will limit your RPMs to approximately 4000-4200, this is launch control.
