I went to probably like 5 or 6 chevy dealers before picking where to order from. They were the guys I got the best vibe from and felt the most comfortable with, plus I got MSRP and they are taking $1000 of my GM Card points. They also are working with me on my trade. My father-in-law is a used car dealer and they said if he can sell my car for more than they are offering they would let me trade it for that price and sell it to him. Overall, I just thought they were good people.

I am financing through PenFed since they couldn't beat their rates. What about you?
who is penfed anyway?

It would be nice if GM would do something like that. Hopefully for you, they will. PenFed is Pentagon Federal Credit Union. I took their 4.75% for 72 months, figuring I would save a little each month and make an extra payment as I have it. They also offer a 3.99% for 12-60 months.

Wow I would love to get 3.99%. I could do 60 mos and I was going to make extra payments as well. Where are they located? Do you have to work at a certain place to be a memeber?

I believe they are located in Virginia, but I did everything online at www.penfed.org. If you go to this website https://www.penfed.org/howToJoin/overview.asp and unless you fit into categories 1-6, go with option #7. The low time fee they talk about is $25, a $20 fee and then $5 you put into a checking account. After you are all signed up, you can apply for a loan via their main website. I applied during lunch one day and was approved by 2:00, they are just waiting on my VIN number to cut me my check.

If you have any other questions, do a search in the tracking forum, there is a lot of info on it in there.

OK. Thanks lot for the information! I'm going to go to the website right now. We will have to get together when our cars come in. Maybe they will come in on the same truck, that would be neat. My TPW is 08/10/09 and I am at 3300 right now.

Yeah we'll definetly have to get togethor once the cars come in. That would be cool if they came on the same truck although, I do hope mine comes in first since my original tpw was 7/27 and I already got pushed back a week probably due to the issues with the manual transmissions on the SS's.

I hear that. I'm just thinking my TPW is 08/10 so I'm figuring they are only a week apart. Who knows how long they sit before they deliver them? Plus they are both going to CT and the same dealership. Your right though I hope you do get yours first.

I was doing traffic today and I saw a grey challenger go by me and I was like wow thats nice. Then I saw a orange challenger go by me and I said oh man maybe I made a mistake (because I orginally wanted a orange challenger). BUT then I saw a camaro in my rjt and I said NO WAY I didn't make a mistake. That car looked AWESOME!!!! LOL

You are probably right, I'm guessing there is a decent shot they may come in on the same truck, which would be awesome.
The rjt is a great color. I don't think you could have gone wrong with either the iom or the rjt.

For you Ct owners. I'm asking my dealership to NOT install the front license plate bracket on to my car. I know the law says you should but I will buy one that comes up automatically from underneath the car or one that has the no holes bracket. Why screw up a beautiful car!?

Me too Joe. I haven't had a front plate in CT ever. Even when I moved from NJ and went for my CT inspection I had no front plate and got through just fine. It's wrong to mess up a beautiful front end with a license plate.

Just to let everyone know, if you are looking for a 2SS Camaro, Oneills Chevy of Avon is going to have a Cyber Grey one coming in. It has a sunroof and it is going to be a 6spd.

I have a restored black Olds Rocket 88 2 door. Marks is great on Monday nights. 600-900 cars every Monday night !. The Largest trophy I ever got for my Olds was at Marks. I try to go every week (rain permitting). I have not seen any 2010 Camaros there yet. I hope I have my new Camaro before the season ends- TPW now @ 8/3. ((( MONDAY !)))

It should be soon. I spoke to Jim the other day and he asked me to post it on here. Did you go to Marks tonight? I was there and there were two camaros on cyber grey the other was rjt. Both V-6's, they looked real nice. Not to hot on the cloth interior though.
