Not too many 800 HP cars getting their air through the factory air intake box and tube.

I have to ask as I own a 2013 ZL1 pretty much stock except for a Lingenfelter CAI. What mods can I do without voiding my factory GM warranty? Am I limited to only changing out the supercharger pulley and that's it? Is a tune out of the question because it increments the ECM counter?

I would say CAI only unless you know the service manager at your dealer...I would bet the engine in this thread let go and went kaplooey at some point unless he did some work to the bottom end.

I was under the impression that a pulley change may void your warranty as will any ECU modification also know as a"tune"? They can say the pulley changed the characteristics of the supercharger and engine tune stock tuning. IIRC a tune is required with a with a pulley change anyway? I recently had my supercharger replaced and GM requested photographs and the ECU data before they warrantied the work. My car has a Roto-Fab, Apex catch can and separate clutch reservoir installed. No issues at all!

The Dynapac dyno does read high, because they remove the rear wheels and actually mount the dyno devices on the rear axle so the car is not turning the wheel and tire. They are an excellent tuning device. They can be high by as much as 20% over a Mustang dyno.

I've dynoed on both and the readings were with in 10HP of each other on the max power. Yes the main purpose is to use it as a tool.

Damn was really hoping there was more i could do. Someone said if i got it tuned that pulling the battery cable would reset the ecm counter. So if i got it tuned i could reflash to stock, pull the battery cable and then be able to take it into service. Is that BS or true?
