I'll bet $$ that this little incidence will make them MUCH more money than it will cost to rectify it. WTG Ryan.

Yup. I would have to agree. Doing the opposite has huge consequences.

My wife helps me with that stuff usually. Lol. That was me typing and then redoing that 3-4 times to get to final version.
Yup! Just because someone or someplace pays on a particular forum to advertise shouldn't mean they get cart Blanche. It's my opinion that the truth and the facts should out weigh that.

Not every day you see someone man up to their mistake and handle their business. That was not at all what I thought I was gonna read. I have to agree. Ryan probably earned a lot of new business yesterday.

I will 100% smooth it out for you. I left it choppy bc I figured you would like it that way. Stop back by and I will take care of that. I'm in Florida tuning a car until sat so anytime next week.

How's the new power feel

Yep this car was built a while ago. Customer brought all of his parts in (purchased from another place on here), and wanted us to install and tune. I talked him into keeping vvt, we installed, tuned etc. I don't know if the pump was failing, or just couldn't keep up with the power this car makes in cold weather, but with a reprogrammed FPCM, Zl1 pump and booster, im not going to run this system again.

ZL1 pump was supposed to be the shit when it came out. I beg to differ, although with a booster you'd think it would keep up with 650 rwhp pretty easily. Maybe not....lol.

All new setup going in this car. 416 10lbs of boost (was on 8), still a whipple 2.9, badass fuel system, circle d converter. Yes

People put all this money into a car just to go cheap and put a ZL-1 pump in by itself. That kid shoulda known better. But people don't take the time to learn and do their own research.

The caps do need to be cut to fit each housing for manufacturing differences.

The caps are purposely made long.

You will bolt the caps on your housing, measure the bore write that down, for example 3.081, subtract 3.060 from that number and you will machine the legs down by .021 just an example.

When finished the caps bolted on the housing bore diameter should measure 3.060.

Hope this Helps.
