Depends on what exactly you are "dressing" up. I'm of the "less is better" thinking. Some people get too carried away for my taste.

I'd choose matte or brushed look aluminum over chrome.

As for red or blue, you could go with the anodized look as opposed to the painted look.

Thanks Man! I sanded everything and grinded the raised Chevrolet letters down. Masked off the sections and painted and cleared. Then added Chrome Camaro fender emblems where the raised Chevrolet letter were.
