If Kramer can get ASSMAN by mistake, you should be able to get 14 1LE. Glad they reversed themselves!

I can't believe you got "14 1LE"! This traumatizes me! It's the 14 that is so offensive!!!! You are an extremely BAD person. First I have to deal with this racist year (2014) and now I have to put up with inconsiderate drivers who like to flash around the number 14 like it doesn't mean anything!!! I'm calling my congressmen AGAIN, because you know, all it takes is one person with a moronic point of view to mess up everything.

Congrats on the reversal OP, glad it worked out for you! It amazes me how we let so many blatant offensive things go on TV, radio, advertisements, clothes, etc., but your license plate was denied. I still can't figure out what they thought it meant!

Timna, how long was it from the time you ordered your plate and you received the first letter from the DMV? I placed the order for a plate about a month ago on 1/27 and haven't received anything from the DMV yet.
