Hate the look of white lettering on tires but hey, that's my opinion. As others have said...if you like it, go for it.

Back when I was a scalded pup, I used to "letter in" the white letters on my blackwalls, using a "tire crayon." It worked sorta okayish, at best. The white was never bold, and came off with the next wash, rainstorm, or weeklong weathering. It is a waxy thing, much like a crayon, and trying to 'coloring more' in order to "strengthen the white" (Ha! That sounded racist!) only resulted in flaking and chunks falling off. Tried piant, too.... but that just cracked and flaked. That was 20 years ago, maybe technology has brought new products to the table...

I did it red on my 13 SS the day before It got totaled, but I haven't done it to the 1LE yet I don't know if I will. It's just something about the P-ZERO'S that look great colored. Kinda like the F-1 or Indy cars
