In years past it has been at the track. You would drive there, register for the car show, then go back to yor car and prepare it. It would be announced when the judging would start so you could be by your car to answer any questions they have. After rereading this

I believe the parking lot at the mall is for the 'parking lot show' since none of the hotels have alot large enough to accomodate all of us at one time.

Everything is at the track. There will be a special parking area for the car show.
