My car has had 2 previous owners.. Did one of them delete the resonator already? 2010 SS/RS m6

It seems like that's all they had done to the exhaust... Is deleting the resonator worth the trouble of cutting it out. I'm wondering why they didn't put an x pipe in its place instead of 2 straight sections..

Take a wider pic. Those buldges in the rear look like they could be the resonators. There "should" be a crossover tube near them that's the H pipe. I have no idea what they cut out, unless those buldges are bullet mufflers.

Looks like they cut out the "H". I think the LS3 resonators are still back there. Prob had an "X" welded in and took it out. No other reason to replace that much pipe.

If I'm not mistaken, this big clunky thing on the right is the stock resonator which fits up underneath the heat shield. I'm Ultimately trying to figure out what went/fits where because I'm ordering long tubes, cats, x pipe (which should fit where the resonator was) and a muffler delete axle back

^^^ that exhaust is for a L99. LS3 does not have that huge resonator. LS3 just has a small bulge in each each pipe and an H pipe after the cats, when the 2 exhaust pipes start to run parallel. Also L99 and LS3 mufflers look the same on the outside, but are different on the inside.

Looks like a stock LS3 exhaust to me, not modified.

Ahh I didn't know l99 had different exhaust setup. Any recommendations for an x pipe? And do I want the "x" right about where the H was?

My thoughts exactly. It looks like the pic was taken next to the H pipe and just before the resonators.

But to answer your question O.P. I suggest going with the Magnaflow X pipe Part # 10791.
