I AGREE! A CAMARO WITH AT LEAST 550HP TO BLOW THE SOCKS OFF THE GT500. IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE A Z28. IT CAN BE SPECIAL EDITION SS ALTHOUGH I WOULD PREFER IT TO BE A Z28. NAVIGATION WOULD BE NICE. I DON'T THINK MY WIFE WOULD PURCHASE A CAR WITHOUT NAVIGATION. SHE IS SPOILED SINCE HER CURRENT CAR HAS NAVIGATION. |

I think a TARGA top would be cool albeit not Camaro-ish. More Trans-Am-ish

I would like to see a good ducktail spolier, similar to the one I've seen on Z28 models... Nothin too crazy, but one that might hint oh, I dunno, 69 Yenko?...
Also, can I PLEASE have an interior trim package in RED? I would love to see the Inferno Orange interior duplicated in Victory RED

the only thing that I would like to see GM do with the 2011, is first come first serve when people order it

I would like to see an indented handle in the end of the doors. There is room to do it. You wouldn't get fingerprints all over the end of the door or the window or whatever you use to close the door now. This is a simple damn good idea!

My first post, been lurking for almost a year and this thread finally got me off my ass to register.
First off, the '10 Camaro is pretty close to perfect but what I'd like to see for '11 and beyond: • a 3LT/3SS interior level that replaces all the silver plastic with either chrome, polished aluminum or gloss black (like in the Black concept), and covers the hard plastic in leather. Leather shift boots for auto. stick and handbrake, aluminum and rubber pedals, etc. •offer "heritage" colors or (heritage package like Challenger) like Hugger Orange, Polo Green, Mulsanne Blue, Butternut yellow, etc. The heritage pack (ripoff, of Chally I know) would add 60's style SS or RS badging and Camaro script and replace bowtie with the old Camaro tri-bar logo. Throw in a 2nd gen style rear spoiler or wheels that mimic the slotted rally wheels from the 60's. •add a track package with 3.73 gears, stiffer springs and shocks, bigger bars, Hurst short throw, and a lighter weight wheel/tire package, doesn't have to be 20s, maybe an 18/19 combo that's 10 lbs. lighter per corner. •offer real "competition grey" finish on wheels like Corvette. •offer white leather interior, maybe add houndstooth with heritage package. •change grille on all models, I think the current one looks cheap. •make shark fin body color at least on RS package if not standard. •Embroider RS on headrests. •take Camaro script off of steering wheel airbag and move it to the passenger side, make SS or RS or bowtie centered on the hub. •add more ambient lighting and make it a stand alone option. •move the backup lights to either the license plate or in the rear diffuser area like Corvette. •redesign the auto shifter, the current one looks real cheap, like Cavalier cheap. Look at what Mustang has. These are mostly cosmetic changes to bring the car in line with the competition. I think this Camaro pretty well hit the target as is. But I think GM has a real opportunity to make some serious cash on this car. Follow what Ford has done and just offer alot of options for it. People will spend the cash to make their Camaro special. I know I would! |

Oh, I almost forgot, FE3 suspension for V6. If GM doesn't want to spend engineering cost on two tire packages then make it available for RS package only. That would sway me to get the RS on an LT.

What would *I* like?? I'm totally dying here waiting to get past stage 1100 on my black-on-black SS/RS with all the go-fast goodies I could order!
Things I would LOVE are: * the "Summer 2009" factory headers and Hurst short throw that are supposed to be here now * tie the "Headers" option into a complete exhaust upgrade option (e.g. SLP long pipes) * Side exhaust ahead of the wheel * Transformer-style hood & scoop (that rocks!) But right about now I'd just about DIE for at least a committment to a BUILD WEEK! Not knowing is just the WORST!! |

First of all, I need a convertible! Including the concept car’s wheels
More Interior color choices Navigation should be included as an option for the 2SS Revised, more subtle, dash facelift. Not a huge fan of the square housed circular gauges. The Convertible concepts gauge cluster looks better Revise the stereo interface. Design and placement of buttons needs to be more modern, not retro inspired Replace the sun roof with a moon roof that goes into the roof structure The hideaway lights would be an awesome little touch |

If you look at page 1 - the artist's rendering shows a kick ass Gold Camaro - that would be sweet
beyond that = a functional air intake system with some kind of super charger option would be a perfect way to pull off a Z28 of some kind If there was anyway to get closer to the concept car's steering wheel, speedo and metal fx for the shifter would be amazing ambient lighting across the entire dash with color options to match exterior I also think the seating position and rear quarter window need to be improved for visibility sake beyond that a glass roof would be choice - t tops are too retro and a pain in the arse Love it as it is - but there you go. |

1. Push button start and keyless key as corvette
2. door hadles like the vet (buttons in stead of actual handles) 3. heated and cooled seats 4. S/c that is under warrenty from factory 5. New design hood (no mail slot) 6. hard top vert 7. more agressive spoiler 8. interior upgrade package matching all car colors not just orange |
