Best polisher for a beginner...

First....Yes I checked the search feature and got tired of searching through hundreds of posts to find a simple answer.

So with that...I would love some input on what the best polishers are for someone who has never attempted this? I will be using Adams products as those where the products used in the detail shop at a dealership I worked at and I was very impressed.

Thanks I was just reading through a lot of your posts. I am between the Griots 6" and the PC 7424XP.

Leaning towards the Griots though.

They're very, very similar. Slight edge goes to Griots, but honestly you can't go wrong either way.

The kit includes the Paint Correcting Polish and Paint Finishing Polish with both microfiber and foam pad's. Im still trying to figure out when to use the microfiber and when to use the foam pads?

Which color foam do you get?

My opinion is always use microfiber.
