Why not use air from compressor? Not enough volume?

Correct, too little volume on an air compressor. I've been using a leak blower for the past 20 years or so. Works great.

I did for years. Until the MB came out.
It takes a lot longer with a compressor.

Where's the best place to buy?
Amazon has them but not always least expensive.

Looks like there are different models as well - are you guys talking about this one?

http://www.amazon.com/Chemical-Guys-...master+blaster

Odd that it shows as subscribe and save item.

I just can't make up my mind. The $ for the MB just seems a little extreme. However I don't mind spending it to keep my 40k black car clean hahaha.

If your car is taken care of with regular waxing the Master Blaster will make easy work of drying.
I use a CR Spotless unit and then dry with my Master Blaster. If you don't mind spending the money then there really is no choice. A leaf blower can't compare.

That is the top-shelf way to dry.

I was going to get mine there, if you hit it right you can get the 20% off sales with free shipping. But I ended getting mine through Adams Polishes simply because they offer Lifetime Backing on what they sell. This is not something that I will use all that often and I would be awfully pissed if it stopped working for that kinda money. They wouldn't price match but I guess the piece of mind was work the twenty bucks I would have saved!

The Master Blaster is the way to go. If you do, consider mounting it on the wall and getting a 35 foot pool vacuum hose like the one I did. Really makes it easy to use by not having to drag around the blower itself.
