Thanks for the reply. I see where your IOM is getting GFX. Are you leaving them gray or painting to match? I am just curious as I see other threads discussing the recent GM bulletin that painting the GFX voids their warranty. (Don't know exactly what warranty GM is referring to...the pieces themselves or the installation or both.)

Hi, yea at present I've only painted my stripes on. My Son who is going to be the driver of this car really likes the IOM with the dark contrast.

Can anyone tell me where the rail station is in Phoenix that the cars come in to? My train just arrived in Phoenix this morning so my car should be being unloaded. I was thinking about driving by. Thanks!

Out past Sun City, right off Grand Ave at W. Thompson Ranch Rd.

Here are pics of GFX painted flat black to match the factory stripes. No clear coat as clear would gloss it up too much. Much better than the grey (see sig photo)

Yay! Finally. Yea I had to go through the same waiting thing over the weekend like you. That is when my STRIPES got Cooked because they left them in the car. Might want to mention that to your dealer. I hear the cars have to sit there for at least 48 hours.

I also thought about driving over to see if I could catch a glimpse of my car. I ended up not going but it was a hard weekend......

Baseline Rd. and 6th street just east of the ball park and just south, or El Marge AZ. Right along Grand ave

and about 120th ave, but

most likely Phx is where it is now.

Ya man i'm going ballistic. It's insane to think that my car is here in the valley but that I might not get it until like Wednesday of next week or something!!!

They do only have 72 Hours to get it out of the yard. This does not Include Sunday btw. (It does not count).

So you still have to do your stripes right? Tint? What else?
