I was about to recommend my guy in Ellicott City, MD, but you're a LOOOOONG haul from there. I'm sure someone will be along with somewhere closer.

I would check out Solar eclipse in Mechanicsville. They do this work all the time. They did pretty most of my car with good results and Performance Auto Sports did all of my tuning..
