WHATS THE BEST THING TO USE TO MAKE THE FACTORY POLISHED WHEELS REALY SHINE?

A good rim/wheel cleaner, then rinse, then use a high quality polish, then a wax.

I believe they're clear coated so its the same principal as making your paint shine. Soap and water and use a decent sealer. If theyre cloudy you can polish the clear
