According to DHL it has been on a delivery truck since before 8 this morning, but business deliveries end at 5.. I am sure I will get it tomorrow. Just get all excited waiting for new car part deliveries. Its like Christmas in March.

For the ones who have hooked this up to a amp and subs how is the sound quality from the amp and speakers? Also have not heard if the RCA output is 2 or 4 volts does anyone know?

CamaroLS, have you asked Lim why the unit isn't designed to work with the microphone in the car?

It sounds like if you make phone calls, then phone actually does everything except output audio. Can you make a call hands free?

I've yet to see any aftermarket solution make use of the microphone in the car. Not sure why that seems to be a difficult integration.

Maybe it's just a compatibility issue. Making one stereo work with different car manufacturer's in-car microphones might not be possible. Doesn't seem like it should be that difficult though.

Lim got back to me today and this is what he said. They are still working on improvements and adding things we want and need. Just working hard on the 4.03 to get everything working. Also yes it has internal build in micro phone and can call easily. After 2 month I will add SIM card calling in the DVD and plus internet surfing easily for customers.

Thanks for doing that. Apparently, he and I don't communicate well. I haven't gotten as clear responses as you have to your questions. I suspect I'm asking the question in a way that confuses him (with the language issue).

Pretty cool that they are responsive though. He may be using something like Google translator to communicate. If that's the case, then any communication with him should be in very simple, short sentences.

I picked up a Microsoft webcam that was on clearance for like $4. It worked only using the Webcam app on the HU, but the picture was great. I ran into the USB problem where it wouldnt always initialize so I had to unplug and plug back in.

If the USB thing got resolved I would almost use it as a front facing camera.

Something else about this Microphone thing, if it is actually built in. On any other device you do google voice you see the frequency/sound line change or squiggle when there is noise. On the 4.0, if you hit the mic symbol on the top left of the screen and it opens up, when I talk or make sound towards the unit nothing happens.

I am still having iGo issues and making a video for Lim. Guess I will have to make another one for the Microphone thing, unless of course everyone else is able to use the built in mic. Then maybe something is wrong with mine.

I installed mine last night. I did not get the OBDII adapter with bluetooth. Is there built in bluetooth in the unit for the phone or do I need to purchase a usb bluetooth?
