I have a buddy that owns a body shop on University ave that says he is the best painter in town. The prices are a little higher but, everything I seen him do looks really good. Called goodwins autobody. Donnie is the owners name.

Martin's graphics and printing services on country fair drive. Not seen a lot of their work know they did the local police cars. I may have them do something on my car not sure what direction I want to go with it but, the owner owes me a favor and said he would hook me up.

Deans graphics back in the research block there west of prospect. Have seen a bunch of their work and they do a great job and really easy to work with. My father works with a guy that runs a nitro car. They did the wrap on it, looks really good. Not to mention ot sees 250+mph.

By they way I am Logan live in Mahomet just west of champaign... not even 10 minutes to champaign from my house. Venture to paxton every now and then, really get some looks rolling in the camaro through that town.

That's awesome! thanks so much! I'm absolutely willing to pay a premium for preium work. About two months before I left baltimore, somebody decided they couldn't walk 100 feet down the street and squeezed into a parking spot too small for them to fit cleanly. In the process, he took some paint right off the point directly below the upper grill. It's where 3 surfaces meet and I don't know if a touch-up will fix it, but I also have an ass load of rock chips all over the lower bumper so thinking about getting the whole damn thing painted, but I'm terrified the color match won't be right, so having someone local and top-notch is exactly what I've been looking for. Thanks so much!

Paxton is a HUGE muscle car town. Once a year they do a drag main night. A lot of old iron comes out for that

Yep, my daughter and son in law used to live in Paxton before they moved to Talono. There were always some nice cars there. I even ventured over there in the 55 T-bird once.

That's cool! I was unaware that paxton was about muscle cars don't think I have ever seen a muscle car in the town. Even work with a guy from paxton and he has never mentioned anything about this. He's not much of a car guy though.

There are a ton of of them there. Back until 2000 you could go there and drag main. It was a blast

I thought you went drag race by drag.... Thought that was really weird and strange to let you drag race down main. Was talking to my father and asked him about paxton then he explained what drag main ment. Think if you did that today it would attracted unwanted attention (po po), sounded like a good time though.

The one in June is the 21st. It's an MDA event that several of us on C5 attended last year.
