I WAS OUT FOR A COUPLE HOURS TODAY, IN THE MID 60s WHEN I LEFT.
WIND SCREEN MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE, I HAVE A LONG BEARD AND HAIR, IN THE PAST MY BEARD WAS BLOWING FORWARD, NOT ANY MORE.

I TOOK SOME DETAILED PICS FOR YOU.
IT TAKES LESS THAN 5 MIN. TO INSTALL- REMOVE,
BUT YOU DONT HAVE TO REMOVE IT TO PUT THE TOP DOWN.
I WLL LEAVE IT INSTALLED UNLESS I HAVE BACK SEAT PASSANGERS.

I TOOK SOME PICS WITH THE SEAT FOLDED FORWARD ALSO.

Thanks Ragtop! Those are the best pics I've seen of it. I see why the tall guys are concerned about it touching their heads...I'm 6'-5". So it folds down when you don't need it, the rear seats can still be used as a parcel shelf and you can completely remove it if needed. I will keep it on my build sheet. Thanks!

One more question. Do you drive with the seat all the way back?

I'm 6-3, 6-4+ with the boots I always wear and I drive with the seat all the way back. Like Nate-roth stated earlier, he is 6-7 and leans the seat back a little. Absolutely worth it.

Looks good.

When I saw one at the Dealer it said "Camaro" on the lower right side (viewed from the back). Does yours have the "Camaro" lettering?

It does. You can barely see it in his last pic. Mine has it.

Any one have any experience with this aftermarket windscreen?

http://www.chevymall.com/Camaro-ZL1-...uctinfo/AP681/

Looks like it mounts behind rear seat so you retain the ability to use rear seat and wind screen.

Just wondering if having it further back reduces usefulness.

I have the windrestrictor and yes it is not as effective as the OEM but it does cut down the wind in the car and it is much better looking and the quality is great.

Thanks. My brother and I paid for my father, who is a WW2 vet, to get a 30 minute flight in it. It was awesome. My brother lives in GA also.

guys with the GM wind deflector i have a question

once installed, does your deflector easily fold up and down?
mine was a pain to fold up. the little notch keeping it tight had to be
helped with a screwdriver to release from the folded position.

is that normal for everyone? i felt like if forced to unfold i could have snapped it.

Skip-the interior car cover was the first accessory I bought for my vert. Thanks for your promotion of this invaluable addition. I will be able to keep the top down and tonneau cover on nearly full time during the work week (once the weather breaks) with this cover.
