KC Trends??

I was out at the KC auto show on thursday and meet a guy from a custom shop named KC Trends (based in Overland Park, KS). I was wondering if anyone here has ever worked with them and if so how did they do? Also, they do "Fast Fridays" which is supposed to be a big meet up that they organize twice a month, anybody ever attend one?

I bought my aftermarket wheels from them. They did a great job with the installation. I did find that some of their items and prices for labor and such were a little higher, but based on my experience with them, I'd recommend them.

That's good news, I was a little worried about their prices too since they had the lamborghini and the ferrari out at the show.

Yes, they do some really high end cars there. A few of the KC Chiefs players have had their cars done there. They do have a very nice selection of wheels and for the most part, the prices are pretty good until you get more high end. I called about getting a body kit painted and they quoted me about $1500 + 100 and hour to put them on (about a 3 hr install they said.) So, I'm checking around to compare. They do good work tho!

Any suggestions on some paint work in KC?

I pick up my ZL1 on Friday and want some custom painting done. The car is all black, I was thinking about having the spoiler and ground effects painted red.

Thanks

I just asked about Tallants Hot Rod Shop in KCMO on here and it was highly recommended. A co-worker had them do some paintwork on his Vette and another C5 member praised their work on his Camaro as well. From the looks of their cars on display at World of Wheels in KC a few weeks ago, they do awesome work! I need a body kit painted and installed, so I think I will contact them!
