Measurements needed. Please help!!

I'm trying to get 17x9.5 rear rims to fit over brembos. Well I know bogart CCW and weld make some. I've been talking to race star the actual owner. I asked why does everyone else have a 17" wheel but you. He told me it had to do with the rear brembo. But when he took over the company nobody told what it was. Wheather it was the top or the face of the caliper that was hitting. If it's the face we can use a spacer. If it's the top they're gonna look into fixing it so we can buy from another company.
But......
Need some measurements.
The distance from hub center to the outside of the caliper can not be bigger then 8". If it's bigger then they fix the rim. If it's smaller then we get a spacer.
My car is not in front of me to measure. So can someone else find this measurement out soon lol.

Thanks it will help us all out really

The fronts are bigger than the rears. If their wheels clear the front you would think they would clear the rears.

Being new has nothing to do with how much people will want to help you. I think that the "You must be new here" comment was more in line with you being surprised about people giving funny answers to anytime someone asks about any measurements on this site. You're always going to get some comical answers.

As far as the answer to your original question, I don't know the answer. But you might have more luck in the wheels and tires section of the forum.

I was going to say 36-24-36, but 38 works well.

The funny answers didn't bother me. I'm just hoping that someone would be able to help out with the measurement that will help us all out.
The brake section seemed more about stuff for sale then actual information. That's why I posted it here
