This car was a project, it was already written off as Bodyshop/paint (p/p max), but they wanted to see if I could save it from Bodyshop so I attempted it. 13 3/4 inch crease going above bodyline, then thru bodyline, and underneath across the pass qtr.I had to drill hole In doorjam area for access, but plugged it to look factory.(drilling is the last resort option for me).1 1/2 hours later, not perfect but dealership was pleased they saved factory paint and hundreds of dollars! Click on pics for Larger Images! Thanks for checking out my work

Where you at in DFW? I'm in the Highland Village area around 2499 @ FM 407. I've got a small dent, more like an impression, in the area just behind the drivers door and in front of and below the gills. I showed it to someone at Good Guys last week and he said he could try some kind of glue but if that didn't work he would drill a hole just on the inside of the door jam an put a plug in. Negatatory right there. The plug would be way worse than the slight impression.

BTW: dent came from my kid dropping his bike into the car. It's not all that bad but I see it every time I walk out to my car. Most people probably wouldn't notice it but I know it's there and my eyes are drawn to it every time. It's been there for a while but I've been meaning to get it fixed at some point.

Yea that would have to be glue pulled. Glue pulling only works on shallow dents so if it isn't sharp then it will come up or at least be improved and less visible. The only other option is drill, which is out of the question. Soo, we could always try it out and see what happens, glue pulling is always a hit or miss, some will pull right out and others are just deep enough to not give or move. We could always try tho. I'm located in Fort Worth, I'm mobile, so we could meet up somewhere or home, Etc.

I primarily do car lots, door dings and such. First of the year was super slow....it's finally starting to turn around! Some hail wouldn't hurt though! Good to see another dent guy on the forum, keep up the good work!

Yea same here, I'm a route guy. Nov/Dec was pretty much super slow but it's usually normal here during those months. Started to pick back up beginning of this year. Yea hail would be nice, at least the little hail, I can't stand fixing major hail but I'll do it lol. But thanks man, you too!

I could use you for my Acura, it has a dent on the pillar above the passenger front door. Magic dent that appeared while the car was on the street

I was on the way home in my Yukon and got caught in some pea sized hail that was coming down pretty hard. I'll have to asses any kind of damage in the daylight. Thankfully they were giving out warnings on the news and I knew not to take the Camaro even though it was sunny when I left.
