Bottom price all cash? How else would u pay? Some cash some monopoly money? Lol. I always find it funny when people say that. Like driving 5 minutes to your bank and cashing a check that day is so much of a hassle compared to some guy coming over with a wad of cash that who knows if some of it is counterfit. Id rather do everything at a bank personally when we are talking big money.

I agree...the buyer pays sales tax...not the seller. No incentive for cash for the seller.
