have a 2011 camaro ss with the 6 speed manual. first on the list is headers, exhaust, and intake. what are some of the best deals out there with regards to performance for the best price?

I am yet to see a better deal than Maryland Speeds Stainless Power Headers plus CAI Inc intake for I think $1024. There are great vendors on here that will likely match that price though. As far as exhaust goes, choose what you think sounds the best as there is no performance gain to be had there. My vote goes to SW Retro cat back for sure, but a cheaper option is to buy a used NPP from a member on here and I LOVE the way mine sounds with headers. Good luck man, you are going to love the mods!!

I'm not sure about the best price but I can tell you from my experience Jannetty Racing does a bang up job. I ordered cold air intake, headers, HF cats, JRE scoop and a tuner. I can't be any happier with the performance gain. And there customer service is second to none. It would be worth your time to check them out.

Lots of great vendors on here.
Ted jannetty is one of them, I can personally vouch for his awesome customer service. Also, if you buy parts from Jannetty, then buy a tuner, the tune for that part is free.

Apex Chase is also really awesome, great guy, great product knowledge, and his shipping speed and customer service cannot be beat!

I went with Kooks LT's w/High flow cats and Magnaflow competition series catback exhuast(16580), bought as a package from Maryland speed. I did alot of looking and pricing before I bought these and I happy with them. ordered and had everything at my door within about 5 days with free shipping. Very easy to install.

a friend of mine is a pro racecar driver, were pretty good friends and he lets me store the car in his shop. does free work if i pick up the bar tab for a few beers, so parts and beer basically is all im payin for

Don't forget to save some money for the tune. Performance wise........Most all the common name long tube headers will perform the same.......so shop around. CAI's are also pretty close in performance....a few better than others. If I read correctly, you are also looking into a cat back system? These will show no performance gain, only different sound. Might I suggest spending your money wisely and sticking with just headers and cai. Then get a tune and see what you think. I believe you will be pleasantly surprised. Bear in mind, even stock exhaust gets louder with headers. Happy hunting.

Then your all set. Many deals to be had on bolt-ons . Nothing wrong with used either if there reputable. Just do your research before picking a tuner.

It kinda depends on what you're looking for. Do you want "get it done with spending as little as possible", or brand name quality parts with warranty?
