Anyone know of a reliable and trustworthy shop in Southern Virginia who can do a cam swap?

It may be worth your travel time to seek out an expert tuner. If Richmond isn't too far north, try Performance Autosport and have the car tuned by Steve Williams (aka Tuned by Frost). He'll also suggest the best cam and parts for you.

Anywhere within 100-150 miles is fine but local (35 miles) is even better! Thanks for the suggestions guys! I take a look at what you gave me.

Race Proven Motorsports in New Castle DE is top notch with an awesome facility. Not sure where you are in Southern VA but Im sure it would be worth the drive.
