OEM Brake pads
Does anyone know the OEM part number for a 2010 camaro ss1?
This weekend I had the rotors turned and had new pads put on. I just want to make sure they aren't a low grade pad. The dealer told me it's called Wagner pads.. I had a synthetic oil change (Mobil1) front pads replaced, and front rotors turned for a grand total of $404.. That just seems alot for a job like that. I will have to do the rear rotors and brakes soon I would imagine. I'll just do those myself when the time comes....

Gm part # on the fronts 22907156 list for 246.00
I am thinking he sold you Wagner brand pads. A normal brake job would probably be 2hrs labor @ 75-80 per hour . Add in the oil change at roughly $50. That would be in the $450 range. Last edited by millhouse; 03-31-2014 at 10:15 AM. Reason: adding |

Stock pads are made by Ferodo and are the 1000 series.

Yeah looks like I got the wagner pads, are those decent? Or does it come down to preference?
After the front rotors and pads got replaced, the braking feels completely different in a good way.
