So, I my car has to go from the plant to Washington state and was told it was seen in Nebraska, then Cheyenne, WY, and then...heading to Arkansas?!?! I was a little surprised hearing that. Is it normal for the train to do a crazy U-turn like that?

Tracking shipment
Hi Becky,
My new ZL-1 shipped from the factory on 3.24.14 and I have been tracking the shipment through my local dealer. The car disappeared in Missouri this past Monday (3.31.14) and the dealer says that Chevy told him the car was either moved off the train onto a truck or it was diverted for "quality control". They say that they cannot track truck traffic. If the car was diverted for quality control, does that mean it will be disassembled and reassembled by someone outside the factory? I'm not sure that I want a 60K car that has been taken apart by someone outside the factory! I am also wondering how long this process might delay delivery - I have been waiting since early February! Really bummed out by this!!

Thanks Becky - I feel better but still bummed since my target delivery day was yesterday! I will follow future events through my dealer. Thanks for the prompt reply (as usual) - you are the BEST!
