One daytime running lights stay on at night

I'm trying to figure why one daytime running light stays on while the other one is off while I drive at night. Is there any reason or anything I can do to fix the problem ?

Aftermarket headlights?
Looks like since your parking lights are on both headlights should be on. You may have a bulb out.

I'm not sure if it after market headlights I just bought it used. I didn't think the bulb was blown cause sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

Is yours an RS? If not then you probably have aftermarket lights then. It just looks like the halos are a lot brighter than the factory ones is why I asked.
Also on the factory RS Halo hid lights the fog lights are your DRLs

I could be wrong, but on the RS when the headlights are on, don't the parking lights stay off? I thought the headlights and parking lights only came on together on the non RS models.

Yes that's the first thing I noticed when I got my Camaro 4 years ago, plus the side markers don't blink either on RS Camaros. Since he bought it used the previous owner bought after market lights.
