I looked at the Emblem Pros website, and to me it looks like only emblems saying a GM model name, and using the same model name font are listed as GM licensed. Not sure if that applies to everything on their site GM related?

I'm sure Emblem Pros could probably make any of you an emblem very similar to what I have designed. I have no desire to get into making custom emblems, so Emblem Pros if you happen to read this, any info would be appreciated...

However, once I've made a few, if you guys like how they look, I will gladly sell you some of this emblem only (Like I said, I don't want to get into making custom emblems, it would be far too costly to make one off's in the manner I am going about it) as I will already have made a mold for it, because I want them made like this, so this is why I'm attempting to make them myself. Once the mold is made, I can easily make them in black, white, cold cast aluminum, etc, and make the letters almost any normal color... Exact Camaro Color matched letters might be a stretch, but I think I could get close with some experimenting. Each one would be hand cast plastic, so there is a bit of time involved to make them...

Once I receive the pieces from the 3d printer, I'll clean them up and make a mold... I'll post pictures once I have a few pieces made.

Wow! looks awesome.
If you were to run into copyright/trademark issues, you could split up the LF and the X, and sell them separately. It's not your fault if the buyer puts them together in a a way that resembles someones else' intelectual property.

Once I finish the mold and crank out a couple pieces, if I am happy with them, I will start taking orders for them.

I have an idea of how much I would like to get in my head, but as I mentioned above, I'm going to wait until the mold is finished, and see how much time I have into making the pieces from start to finish.

These are great. I'm partial to the silver/black/red design. Carbon Flash Metallic LF and Red X on cold cast aluminum would look quite nice on my 45th.

Would be cool if the LF were cutout to let the car color show through them rather then trying to color match.

Hey that looks kind of familiar.....

But nice man, I've always liked the modified LFX logo with the LSX "X." That's why I've been running it on my car for over a year now....

I am definitely interested if you make an all white lettering one with a black background!!!

Good luck with the product ramp up!

The only real problem I see with that is that it would be pretty thin in the area around the L and F, and it would also limit the adhesive area to just the X... The L and F would probably break off if you went through a car wash or something.

Nice hood stripes!

I can make almost any color combo a person could want. That color combo would look pretty cool on a white car with black accents such as yours.

I spent 3 hours last night prepping/sanding one of the pieces... At least another 3-5hrs left before it's done and I can make the mold... Can you guys see why I don't want to get into doing custom one/two off emblems like this? Tiiiiime consuming

You may want to find someone like on Shark Tank that will pay you and arrange production of them for a percentage of the profits...
