Unhappy I wanna cry

I bought my ZL1 3 months ago brand new. I've babied the hell out of it. Got ready for a show on Saturday and notice a ton of minor chips in the paint at the quarter panel gill area. Is this normal?

Pretty normal. Especially if you daily drive it. Tires stick out pretty far out. Do you have rock guards? That'll help A LITTLE

It's almost inevitable. My relationship with those broad hips is definitely love/hate. I got splash guards. They helped a lot for me.

Those GY F1's are really sticky and pick up (and throw) EVERYTHING they touch.

Fact of life with the any 5th gen camaro. ZL1s are not immune every though they cost more. That gill area might as well have a bullseye painted on it

Yes to both, but don't immediately put the clear bra on freshly painted areas.

The new paint needs at least a month for all of the solvents to out-gas.

Putting the clear bra on too soon may cause the paint to separate from the body.
