Unhappy Many lights on dashboard!

I've ran into a strange problem today. I pulled up to the gas station after driving for approx. one hour without any issues. When I came back to the car and turned the key, I've heard the chime ringing, and then I saw that ABS, BRAKE, ESP light stayed ON. I think I've started the engine and they were still on, I tried to drive away from the pump to the parking and steering wheel felt a lot heavier.
So I parked the car, turned it off and tried to turn it on again —*I still had those lights, plus, I think, Check Engine was on too, but I'm not sure about that now.

So I called GM assistance, they put me through to mechanic, who suggested that something was wrong with brake fluid. I checked it —*had it on MAX. So I tried turning the car off and on again couple of times while having mechanic on the line, it didn't help, I still had those lights on. So we agreed that they will send me a tow truck, and I started waiting. 3 minutes into waiting —*I turn the car on, and MAGIC —*no lights, it started normally and everything seems fine. I spoke to mechanic again, we cancelled tow truck, and he said that it was "probably some glitch". One on hand I'm glad this glitch is gone, but on the other —*scary, I don't want to get it again.

Any ideas what might have caused that? I did a couple of burnouts yesterday (with holding brake pedal) —*before throwing away my old tires, could this be a reason? What do I need to check to avoid this stuff again?
