Anybody else note how the Cats are hooked up?
Looks like they could be removed in 30 minutes. Just for diagnostic purposes of course.

This was pulled from the PopMech iPad app. Because it's interactive, you can only pull up a description of one section at a time. So, here's a composite diagram, with all three (A, B, C) sections:

Beautiful! Didn't realize they would be $75,000 though! WOW! The hollow bow tie looks cool and is oddly functional which is neat. The lack of fog lights is just silly. Weight savings? How much can a fog light seriously weigh?
Should have just removed the housing all together and made them an air scoop. They're resistance either way... |

Be cool if for C5 Fest 5 they would have a z-28 on the rotisserie/turner (under view) like they did on the ZL1 at C5 Fest 4.

If I hear about the "flowtie" actually keeping the engine cooler again I'm going to throw up! It's a cool story and the emblem looks cool, but the few sqare inches makes zero difference in the real world. Otherwise prove it. Its a marketing gimmick, and the automotive press is eating it up. It really was genius because its generating buzz about the car, every press write up has mentioned it.

Should make for a nice 'flow tie' aftermarket for non Z's.

I don't think the FlowTie on its own is such a huge deal -- except for the fact that it represents the level of detail the Z/28 team focused on in an effort to improve the car. It feels like no stone was left unturned, and sometimes little things add up...

The Z28 is an amazing piece of machinery, I think Chevy went above and beyond when it came to this version. I think each Camaro has a strong point from the LT to the z28, I never really enjoyed driving that much until I bought a Camaro, now I have an extra hobby and each trip to the store is now an adventure. Its all about memories, now we can tell kids about our Camaros when we are 99+ years old
. By then cars will drive there selves and burnout will be unheard of.
