If you're talking about the fuse for the fuel readings, yes

Not for the fuel reading, it was pulling 2 fuses I forgot which ones and leaving them out overnight and putting them back in and it supposedly gave the V8's some extra HP but thats if you run premium fuel only....

It isnt for fuel mileage, its if you run premium fuel you can pull 2 fuses ( I forgot which ones) and leave them out over night and then reinstall them the next day and you pickup a little extra power.

Yup, #5 and #20 fuses I believe. Works if lower octane fuel has been used. If the car has been running premium then there is no need to do so (wouldn't hurt to try though)

People usually pull the fuses because dealerships tend to put 87 in the gas tank which can hinder performance. You're suppose to run out the gas tank, then run through 1 or 2 full tanks of premium gas before you pull the fuses. This insures that there is minimum to no low octane fuel left in the tank.
...
The car will slightly suffer in performance unless this is done after running low grades of fuel.
