I need everyone's opinion please! I am seriously thinking about selling Big Red! If I do, I'm thinking about asking $30k. I know I'll never re-coup what I have in it with mods and I'm not in any major hurry. What do you guys think about that price and does anyone know anyone who would be interested?

Mike I think that's a fair price, just compare the guys on this site and what there selling there 5th gens for. I have also debated on selling mine. The problem is what a hit I would take or strip the car down and trade it in.

I think you should both sell your cars for $1000. each. cash. to me.

Seriously, great cars but since you can't get the mod money back my opinion is don't.

ssmike: I'd ask more ($32k - 34.5k?) and settle for $29,950 minimum if it really won't sell for more.

im sure you have a good reason for wanting/needing to sell it but...my opinion is DONT DO IT MAN! or trade me for my 1LS

Many reasons. One of which is financial, trying to qualify for a home down south for future retirement and rental for my daughter. I'm weighing my priorities right now and the car is starting to drop on the list. I'm not even sure I'll do this but just trying to get some sanity checks!

If I decide to sell mine it's for a ZL1, or a new vette. I'm not leaving the car world. Last year I talked about selling to someone for 30k but now with my new mantic clutch, DSS axels, and new Alky control ($4800- 5k in those 3 mods alone)

I don't know where to even start my listing. I do love my car, but I haven't owned any car this long ever. It's definitely been on my mind.

Scott, I've got a cc here waiting to install too. I'll do it when the weather gets warmer.I also have a zl1 front sway bar to install. I took my car to my brothers shop and had Borla Ataks installed,with the headers,JBA cats,and the resonator delete x-pipe the car got too loud,with the SLP loudmouth on it.
