To wire mine I just ran power wire from front fuse box through firewall and then to a switch. I wanted mine on a switch more than having them come on when the door is open. I zipptied my switch under the drivers side dash and I Also velcroed and zipptied the lights under the front dash. The reason I ran the power wire I'm from the fuse box is because I also have led lights in the fenderwells that are controlled wirelessly or from the control box in the cab. Plus now I have a good power wire on the inside that I can always tap off of if I need to.
I bought those floormatts off of eBay. They weren't cheap though. They are real diamond plate, but they do look awesome. Hope that answered the questions. Thanks for the compliments. I was actually surprised on how easy it was to wire it all up. |

Instead of mounting the lights to the rear seat, has anyone tried placing the rear lights else where? like under the driver and passenger seats?

Different Method Comparison
I'd love to hear the way you did it so I could compare the two ways and decide how I want to do it. I would appreciate it if you would give me a step by step explanation on how you did it and how it was different.
