I had a car produced this week, Tuesday had the VIN. The car is sitting at my dealer delivered this morning. That was very fast delivery for me! Will pick it up tomorrow.

Mods are beginning to pile up. Have the Skip-Shift Eliminator & Rock-guards at the house. ZL1 Rocker Panels are on the way. Will be ordering dirty side catch-can next week (still debating which vendor to go with). Plasti-Dip is ready to black some things out. Next I'll be looking into quotes for a full detail/paint correction, Opti-coat & Xpel clear bra. All of these mods will be done pretty much as soon as the beast arrives. Then I'll be taking it over to Big Worm Graphics in Ft. Worth for some vinyl gill decals, side marker black-outs & tint for the lights. I'll eventually do a CAI, HF Cat, Ported TB upgrade but going to break it in a bit before messing with the mechanics...

Though my salesman was somewhat new to the ordering process he has been upfront about his level of knowledge as well as everything else throughout the whole process and I must say it has been a great experience so far. When I went in to close the deal yesterday I was of course ready to low ball and haggle away.....sat down, he handed me their offer and I

. I wanted to haggle but honestly couldn't. It was an amazing deal!! Where do I sign?!?! ... Turns out the sales manager that originally set up the deal had fat fingered in an extra $1,000 on the GM incentives, oops!! They honored their original number though, which according to the invoice was just a little above employee pricing

Was pretty much what I'd hoped for going in without any discounts or anything, well besides the current cash back offer.

Good luck on your deal, with your discounts/incentives you should come out pretty well I'd think.

When is everyone's expected Delivery date? My dealer said May 20th on mine. That seems like a long ways off since it has already shipped??

How long does the transport usually take?

BlueClyde, I'm guessing the Detroit area is not delivered by rail? I'm also In the Detroit area and have a TPW of 5/5 so this is good news if you got yours that quick.

It used to be. I know my previous Camaros were shipped to Detroit by rail and then trucked to dealers from the rail yard. I think the rail system is too consumed with shipping oil out of Canada these days so they started trucking them to Detroit. Yes, this reduced delivery time dramatically.

The GM tracker says "at the Dealership".
Becky says that she can't see the status anymore!!
Chevrolet Customer service says "6000" --- Delivered to Customer.
Dealership says it's on a rail car with a delivery date of 5/20.
AND ME!!! I want it in my Garage!!
So...WHO is right in this cluster F ???? Or...is there another answer??

I think everyone that had a car ordered with a TPW of 4/21, already has their car except the Professor and I!! WTH!!

And Paladinjc is set for this week I guess!!

I am still waiting on mine, the dealer stated Wednesday 4/30. Trust me right now I feel like you, CHOMPING AT THE BIT!!!
