As others mentioned consider the FIC injector; but I would go with the 85. They send all of the injector data just like ID. I've tuned both the ID and FIC and while both tuned easy; I would give the edge to FIC because they were a little easier to dial in. Imo.
Idle quality shouldn't be a concern with big injectors (either brand 85) because they both provide data which eliminates the trial and error process. You may have to tweak here and there; but an experienced tuner should be able to nail it. |

I've always used rule of thumb 50lb injectors on a V8 handle 500hp, 60lb handle 600hp exc.....
