Audio install, svc airbag light

So I installed a small system in my car and now I have a svc airbag light. The code I got when I scanned it was B0100. I have installed systems for years on just about any car you can think of and have never ran across this type of issue. I pulled the radio and installed a remote wire from the new radio and ran it under the edge of the steering column over the top of the air vent and dlc plug, down the side panel and under the rocker panel. When I hooked up the power, the radio came on and went off 3 times. Never seen that before either. Anyway, everything works just fine and sounds great. Just trying to figure out issue with airbag. Also the lights on the overhead that say airbag off and on both stay lit up even when the car is off. Any help or input would be greatly appreciated.

You might to take the radio out again and check your wiring again.

IMO, I would check under and around the steering column and around the DLC to make sure that you didn't snag a wire when pulling the other wires through. Why did you run a remote wire? If I had to guess I would say it would be to manually turn the system on and off and still be able to have it play through the stock setup.

Not sure how the wiring on the radio would make a difference unless the airbags are tied into the radio like everything else but I did check it all as well as the other stuff you told me Smoke. Anybody else have an opinion or idea or did I post this in the wrong place? Oh yeah and you were right about the idea behind the remote wire.
