Nice! There is a guy in town with a GTR that keeps saying he wants to race me but he never makes it to the track. I don't know about the Mickey's but my M&H can take more rpm out of the hole if I warm them...a lot. I predict a 10 in your near future!

Yes I'm turning everything completely off - the tires hooked great!
I'm going to get more heat in them next time I go though and launch a little harder....try to get the elusive 10's. I also need to remember to use the No-Lift Shift feature....I struggle not taking my foot off the go pedal when chnaging gear haha!!

Once you get this down it is tough to ever take your foot off the gas when you are in a hurry but all the clutch maufacturers tell me this is really increasing the rate of wear on my clutches.... For me it is worth the few tenths it saves in the 1/4 mile.... I'm trying to quit on the road course...

Once you start No Lift it just comes natural. I love it on the strip but like Jessrayo said, probably not on the road track.

Yeah Next time out I'm going to try the No-Lift feature.....was trying to work out the line lock this time without much luck - need to give the brake pedal a couple of pumps before holding the button next time see if the increased pressure helps hold the car - was just blowing right through it this time (tires still performed mind!)

I did a quick look but couldn't find it. What wheels are you running on the rear?

Way to go Phil! About time you got some tires on that thing! Drop your tires down to 18, and they do like to get hot. Sounds like we have some racing to do! I was running 10.8s last weekend and I know you can too.

I have some 18's ready to go on once these 20's are done, but I'm loving the 20's...even just on the street they are soooo much better and make driving the car a ton more enjoyable/less scary haha!! I'll be heading over to FSP to get my exhaust and sway bars fitted in a couple of weeks....going to come over on a Thursday if possible so can hit the track afterwards!

Your 60' is just really good on those. I'm pretty happy to hear. I might get some of the replica ZL1 wheels and put some Mickeys on them, unless I find the right 18's |
