Rattling Noise and Vibrations with New Exhaust

Hey guys, second post on Camaro5 and it's a somewhat negative one.

About two weeks ago I put a Pypes Mid-Muffler Cat Back exhaust on my 2013 V6 Camaro. The installation went smooth and the results were great. The exhaust sounds awesome and put a huge smile on my face.

Unfortunately one day while in a drive thru I turned on the A/C and noticed a sudden vibration commencing throughout the car with a bit of a rattling noise coming from the exhaust/the car in general. I then turned off the A/C and it went away.

Over time I realized that when the car is in neutral and the A/C is on, the rattling stops. When the car is in Drive and the A/C is off, it stops. It's only when the A/C is on and the transmission is in Drive that the rattling commences. Oh and when the RPMs get above 1100 it stops as well.

Over the last couple weeks I've sort of been dealing with it by popping it in neutral whenever I can but I thought I'd post this up on here and see if anyone has any insight to this problem.

Thank you all for reading this if you did!

-Tony

Make sure that the support brace under is not touching anything. Also, if you don't have the support brace on, is the heat shield touching anything?
