Workbench Order # - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

For any of you who have placed orders, how long before your order number actually showed up having some information attached to it? I have been asking my dealer for my number for a week or so now, and I finally heard back from them today, and they gave me my order number. I posted it in the tracking forum so The Viz could check it for me, and I was told my order number "doesn't work".

Is it possible my dealer just placed the order yesterday or something, and the information has yet to post? Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Either they made a type or you made a typo, it should work right away.

The order number is generated when your order is entered in the system. Just ask your dealer to give you a print out. Or email your salesperson and ask him/her to screenshot the event history which will have the order # on it (press "printscrn" button on keyboard) and paste it to his/her email back to you. I had to teach my salesperson how to screenshot and paste it because she couldn't get it to copy/paste.
