change of plan: went with Havoc rear Diffuser

even though I've upgraded exhaust, i love the fact that it covers the mufflers!

Did you have any issues installing the Havoc diffuser? I've been considering it for the longest but see lots of forum members having fitment and quality issues.

When I got my diffuser, I had to trim down some small places of plastic that were still left there from the mold ( basically it was not nicely prepped and primed as advertised).
This was not a bid deal though, I just took my time with a friend of mine and cleaned it up painted it black mate and installed it with my friends help, with in 25min (the installation only)... Not a big deal, it all depends how handy you consider your self to be... (I just went on youtube to get idea how to take the rear end out and the rest just follows..)

If not local body shops should charge $50 to $80 to install it... (or at least that was the quote I was given at the time here in OC).

The only thing I could recommend you to do is swap the 3M tape that comes with it (I did not trusted that to hold nice...) and go buy better 3M double sided tape... You should not hesitate to get this diffuser because it is by far the best one on the market for the Camaro (for now ..lol)

I hope this info helps,

we had ZERO problems. once you remove the rear bumper & oem diffuser, it's replace it with the HAVOC. you will need to retain a few of the clips for re-use, but I was fortunate to not have problems. >2hrs

on the forum - you will read that it's one of those hit & miss with the diffuser... some people have had fitments issues. none here.

Be sure it doesn't burn the plastic around the exhaust..I hate seeing cars with burnt plastic around their diffuser :(
