Well???

Picked 'er up from my detailer today. Looks pretty good. Since he had to clay bar a third of the car anyway, I had him just do the whole car and wax everything outside the Xpel, so she's lookin' pretty sharp right now. So, I'm driving home from work and I see this white '14 vert coming at me from the other direction and it's a SPRING SPECIAL EDITION!

Congratulations. You definitely got one of the quicker deliveries I've seen. How many days was it since production? Mine took forever--25 days.

Like mine, the stripe is a lot darker than portrayed on the website. Do you like it? Didn't you talk about painting it a different color? What do you think now that you've seen it?

she was built on 4-14, and I got her on 4-30, so 16 days from built to delivered. The complete process was 53 days from order to delivered....7.5 weeks. I feel really lucky this time....soooooo glad it was not a 3 month process this time!

Yes, the stripe is definitely a little darker than I thought; but it's kinda growing on us, especially when in the bright sunlight. I think we'll leave it as is and when the vinyl starts to look bad, we'll do the paint then.

here's an impromptu garage shot of the 'lovelies'

That's hilarious. His and Hers Camaros (or are they both for you?). And I see a third white vehicle in that first pic! I wish my wife was a car nut like you. She has a lot of redeeming qualities but car enthusiast isn't one. I couldnt get her out of her minivan last buy cycle so bought her a new Toyota Sienna which she just loves and feels very safe in. And which I have to admit, drives great. I took her down to the plant in Princeton IN for a tour which got her excited about it. I don't know if Oshawa does tours but it is amazing to see a car start out as a coil of sheet steel and end up as a car a few hours later. LOL, it takes them 30 SECONDS to install the engine/transaxle/front suspension module.

Well...both of them are mine, or bought for me, but both of our names are on the titles, and hubby can certainly drive them anytime. lol.
He is thinking about taking the 2012 RS and making it a 'project' car; he just can't decide what he wants to do to it.

The third vehicle is our Z71 Tahoe; it's my 4WD winter vehicle when we have ice and snow. Hubby also has a GMC extended cab pickup. I think he's been lusting for a new p/u truck, so that will probably be the next vehicle we buy...lol. Gotta keep the garage full, ya know! hehehe

I bought my Camaro fully intending it to be a year round DD. And it was my non-enthuisiast wife (bless her heart) who is suggesting that we buy a used 4WD for winter. SHE wants to make my Camaro a garage queen.
